Optimising the progression of a project
We can offer a fully-adapted and close accompaniment by:

- Making sure the project gets started under the best conditions possible
- Making sure the project is closely watched, especially concerning the   coordination of the team working on it
- Creating and setting up training programmes where needed to ensure that   the project moves forward smoothly (e.g. using new tools)
- Identifying critical points which might arise during the running of the project   by setting up corrective actions
- Coordinating statutory activities (AFSSAPS, CPP, CNOM, CNIL)
